How do I install EMP Tweaks?
Open your download page, press Download for Windows and run EMP_Tweaks.exe. Paste your license key when the app asks for it.
Windows warns me about the file. Is that normal?
Yes. New apps often trigger Windows SmartScreen. Click "More info" and then "Run anyway". Only download EMP Tweaks from our website.
Why does EMP need admin rights?
Power plan, timer, network and driver settings can only be changed with admin rights. Without them EMP cannot apply its tweaks.
What does Tweak All do?
EMP benchmarks your PC, applies the set that fits your hardware and benchmarks again, so you see the difference on your own machine.
Which PCs are supported?
Windows 10 and 11 with NVIDIA, AMD or Intel graphics, desktops and laptops. EMP detects your hardware and only applies what fits.
License & key
Where do I find my license key?
On your download page and your order page, right after payment. Lost the link? Open My orders and enter your email and order number, or log in with Discord.
On how many PCs can I use one key?
One key works on one PC. Need it on more? You can buy several keys at checkout.
I have a new PC. How do I move my key?
Open a ticket in our Discord and the team resets your key. Then activate it on the new PC.
My key says it is already in use.
The key is tied to the PC it was first activated on. If you changed hardware or reinstalled Windows, open a ticket in our Discord and we reset it.
Orders & payment
How can I pay?
By card through Stripe. Your receipt and invoice come by email after payment.
I paid but I don't see my key.
Keys can take a moment to be created. Reload your order page after a few minutes. Still nothing? Open a ticket in our Discord with your order number.
Where is my invoice?
Stripe sends it to the email you used at checkout. Check your spam folder if you cannot find it.
How do creator codes work?
Enter the code of your favourite creator at checkout. You get a discount and the creator gets a share of the sale.
Can I get a refund?
EMP Tweaks is delivered digitally right after payment. As accepted at checkout, there is no refund once the key and download were delivered. Problems with the app? Our support helps you in Discord.
Problems & fixes
How do I undo all changes?
Press Reset in the app. It puts Windows and the game settings EMP changed back to how they were.
Can I get banned for using it?
EMP Tweaks changes Windows, driver and game settings files. It never runs inside a game or touches its memory. If you don't want game settings changed, turn the Game settings switch off.
A game looks different after Tweak All.
EMP adjusted shadows, textures or effects for better FPS. Turn the Game settings switch off and press Reset to restore them.
How do I show or hide the overlay?
Press F10 in game. You can change what it shows in the Overlay tab.
How do I update EMP Tweaks?
The built-in updater installs new versions. New versions are also posted in our Discord.
